TWH Co-Teaching is an educational consulting company dedicated to advancing high-quality Co-Teaching practices in universities and K–12 school systems. With more than 20 years of experience, TWH supports institutions seeking to implement, refine, or expand Co-Teaching models for teacher preparation programs or licensed teacher partnerships, including SPED and ML teams.
A central focus of TWH Co-Teaching is the Co-Teaching Train the Trainer Workshop, a two-day professional learning experience designed to equip lead teams with the knowledge and tools needed to train others in effective Co-Teaching. These workshops are offered at multiple sites across the country throughout the year and can also be delivered on-site for universities, school districts, instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and SPED/ML directors. TWH collaborates closely with partners to bring customized training opportunities directly to their region.
In addition to Train the Trainer sessions, TWH provides a full range of professional development offerings, including Foundations of Co-Teaching workshops, Co-Teaching Pairs workshops, and ongoing support for institutions building or strengthening Co-Teaching programs. Whether supporting student teaching, residency models, or licensed teacher partnerships, TWH Co-Teaching delivers practical, research-aligned training that helps educators work together effectively to improve student outcomes.
